I agree it's kind of hard to tell who really is in your army... And also what exactly do the red & blue badges mean?

It has just become quite evident to me that due to intense personal/medical issues, I will not be able to actively participate in RT. I love the army, and everything, but it would be mean of me to make a commitment to it that I cannot keep. I could stay in as advisor or something but I won't be able to take an active role. I wish RT happy trails.
