Cannon,
I guess all I was trying to say which falls in line with what Stink and GS have stated is that, the longer you play, the better you understand the game. You'll pick up on what needs to be done by how the others on your team play.
Of course, it appears that there is a huge time commitment for anyone who is going to be a great player. Sometimes you have the time, and sometimes you don't.
Stink, The first instance I saw of it was Woot and Rogue. I though they were pulling each other weinkies again.
Looks like more than just those two weinkies are involved.
So you mean this was not by your own doing?
Where's Doc?
We need a reboot!!!!!
AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

Hehe, Scythe is a VERY competitive player & has a big can of whoopass for most. My dry sense of humour & Enlish tongue in cheekness (steady Smack) are lost on most.well you got Scythe all riled up
No resentment here, if I want to be on someones radar I will be, till then I am happy in stealth mode. I am enjoying getting to know you, only wish our time-zones weren't out of kilter. Hey ho, I will stick with my 3 year plan to train @ure how to shoot. Ooops, smiley requiredreally, i think this is about resentment that you euro-guys

Stink, showers & love....over to you Nappy...

Re: Nightly Scrumbag Discussion
well, scythe has put his time in. i simply haven't had much opportunity to play with him. i welcome him into the brotherhood of scrummers. Let It Be Noted.
and if the rest of you haven't guessed it, my job sucks and is very easy. my social life right now is in a low ebb and outside of wife and kids, socialize with flora and fauna, flotsam and jetsom only. japan was socially isolating...and the corner of the US is socially isolating...
leaving me way too much time on my hands to do nothing but obsess over a 5 year old cartoon tank game. i've gotten better and better...but it's done nothing to increase the length of my...colossus...in the current nomenclature; or my intelligence. nor stay my thinning hair. nor make my wife love me more; nor my dog.
the better you are at this game, the dumber, the punier, and more uninteresting you become. we should all heed bolo's example.
a moment of prayer...

To: Balding, lost dog-love.
Hey after 5 years of play and quasi domination Bolo got a chick and left the game.
What do you have in common to that?

Re: Nightly Scrumbag Discussion
Oh noes, not the 'why' thing...
I hear ya. I was playing waaaay too much a few months back, but reflected. I ended up backing up & giving it a rest, fell back in love with biking (hence my boring threads, sorry). I have now found a much better balance & find as long as I am not rusty I can still play nearly as well, but enjoy it lots more. Best thing about TT is it's easy to pick-up & like last night, having a crack with Bel, Gray MM, RedBeard (6 bikes WOW), Delt, MM (other one) etc (If I omitted you it is obviously because I don't like you, not that I am an old fart, have no memory & am supposed to be working instead of waxing lyrical with Stink)
Sooo, does this mean I will be able to bunny hop if I keep at it another 4 years...
^ Wait till Bolo gets married, he will be back...

To Whom It May Concern:
Thanks for letting me play in your late night games
One or more of you nerds was saying this game takes time to learn and even more time to get good at. Well I agree with the Einstein(s) who said that. I am mostly a bmer (incase you didn’t know LOL ... ....) and it is tough to make the switch to scrum.
Part of the difficulty in improving my running skills is that there are so many long time scrum players still playing. Lets get serious, are you going to let me (or others, you know who you are) run around with the scrum if there is a seasoned vet who has been playing since the maps were all stock. In the close games the more experienced players should run the scrum more often in order to take the team win.
If you are new like me watch the vets and learn what to do. Play your roll. It’s a team game so not everyone can chase the scrum like a pack of 5 year old soccer players or a trout after a Mepps spinner.
Keep in mind if you cannot hit the ball past the ladies tee box then don’t be surprised when your team gives you crap. Have a sense of humor.
