Geez, I was hoping it wouldn't be this bad... but I am leaving too. I just don't see any further point in this... or the light at the end of the tunnel that most newer armies see. I joined this because it reminded me of the old TS, full of exitement, enthusiasm and communication. EA had all of that except communication I guess. I've had some good times here, bad ones too and I wish EA all the luck in the world.

4 MEMBERS LOST IN 5 DAYS - Tragedy strikes all survivors
What a wonderful sight to see when I return from my leave. 4 members lost? This is exactly how TS went down.
@Captain - I would like to talk to you about inactive members. I see no reason to keep them in this army. I say we pull together the few members that we have.

Now I know why so many armies are frustrated. You get really nice members to start. You all work hard and then they die off one by one. At the height of our member list, we COULD have beaten VT. I really think we could have. Now we lose 4 of our best players and our army goes to ruins. You know I really thought this EA think was going to work out but we went down like all of the rest of the armies that we said we would not be like. What is it all worth? Boy this has just made my day. At first, I think it would be good to get rid of this army that is lingering on the edge of existance. Then I think...Absolute power corrupts absolutely
That made me think of the reason this army was started. Way back in the day, there once were 2 armies. One led by Captain Brains and the other by kirby. They joined alliances. This you know but you do not know the reason. We were drawn together in friendship. Captain Brains and I have become best of TT friends. We did not trust anyone. Some came, some left and we did not budge. Now more than ever, I say we keep this army running. Not to ever amount to anything (how do you lose 4 members in a matter of days?), but to become a small circle of friends. @ Smeagol - Just so you know, I didn't take the decision lightly. However I rarely see any EA members in TT & we never had any practices, if we did no-one turned up. As you know it was the same with the wars. I am really enjoying my TT & trying to improve my skills, in leagues etc, if I can, so this doesn't really fit with the EA philsophy.
Yes we could have beaten VT but first you have to practice as a team & hten you have to turn up. Every time I mentioned practices I was ignored.

Now, I feel really bad...
But these are the reasons I left:
-I worked my butt off on all the logos and such (2-3 hours PER image, the tank skin took 3 days of work) and some weren't even added to the first post... even after some members pointed them out and said, "Hey, remember this?" It bummed me out.
-I didn't feel respected or trusted, I couldn't even be spared the EA Leaders pass.
-We had over 2 months to plan for the war, and somehow still could not get a full lineup, or a practice or 2 in between.
I'm sorry it had to come to this guys...

Now it's REALLY reminding me of it. This is almost a perfect echo of what happened to TS.I joined this because it reminded me of the old TS

Things for a sucessful EA
Get Into A War. not a top 5, not right now. so that leaves little ones like AK and DA. We could have a couple practices and a war.
Plan A Regular Practice. you must show up unless notified or there is a concequence.

Find The Trigger. Find out what is causing this and why. Fix It.

OK Yarkl let me explain just for old times sake.
1) I am sorry about your skin and such. Your logos were the only ones we ever had. I liked your skin better than UAEs but no one else could decide. We had about 5 skins that were made for us. We did not know what to do. I am sorry.
2) How could you not feel trusted or respected? Notice how you were on every lineup for the war. Notice how you are a good leader and one who can uplift an army? I did not want people editing my first post because ( a lot of times ) they mess it up. I am sorry but I did not trust you there either.
3) The war was not set in stone. Captain Brains, kirby, and SmEaGoL! have been gone for the past week and a half. I was not even supposed to be on TT the day of the war. I got permission and got on to find that the war was going on. There was no lineup. I was not counting on the war because UAE, Yarkl, Teenskye, and Cannon were the only active ones the past week and a half.
I am sorry Yarkl and all who left. All I can say now with a positive attitude is that we still have a few active members.
@Cannon, Cassie, Yarkl, Abtreavis and UAE - I am sorry if you did not feel respected. I tried to make ends meet here but we have been just so busy. I know that the summer will be way easier to manage but this last month of school always goes haywire. I respect your decisions. This army is not worth much now that you have gone. I do not know if we will be able to challenge VT for a while with any chance of winning. I am so sorry for anything I may have done wrong but I believe this army has the most spirit. Thank you

I Appluad your efforts in making things work Smeagol.
May I suggest, recruiting people that you see on TT everyday, or every 3 days or something, someone you can rely on with email or with a messsenger, dont jsut go for the good person you see once a month.
