CTF 2.0 Season Thread

1. Games are to be held at 9:00 (first matchup) and 9:30 (second matchup) EST every thursday. BEING PROMPT IS A MUST. NO LATE STARTS.

This is in header, read please .
Was also in email to all captains
game 1 is 9pm EST
game 2 is at 930 - 945 EST

I found out why there is so much confussion !

a) no one is reading header for one

b) people not having a clue as whats up either from not getting emails from Captains or people not replying to Captains email .

Things I will work on for next week !

1. Number one problem is, it's taking to long to cycle through maps .

I will beg and plead with 56 Lag Man to have just the map needed in rotation .
Now I cannot promise this will happen .
That is a lot of work for him
and he has done so much as it is all ready
but I will try .

2. I also noticed 2 servers up since Master server has been back !
Not sure but I think that 2 server is causing problems with the one we used for Leagues tonight (or see #3).
So I will asked him to remove one of them .

3. I also think 56 has Prefs. settings to standard(stock) will check on this and get back to you . on correct setting for CTF .

Other then that I think tonight went well beside we lost a man 1/2 way through game 2

When you update charts,
can you asign which team has what color to start the match ?

I'm not sure how it's supposed to work, but the second match-up didn't have any admin's. I stuck around for both games to help out with cycling thru the maps, but who was supposed to do this?? If the captains have the admin password and don't show up..then what?? something to think about.

sorry about leaving around 10 minutes into the game. But I had agreed to wife to be on until 9:30, and 9:40 as the latest. I have to keep my words on these promises Mr. Lone. Sorry if it caused our team any trouble.
