TrouserChili cannot post either, can someone tap his account? He notified me earlier.

Looks like there's a small group of accounts that are set to default to the user group "guests".

That's not going to allow them to post.

I defaulted TC's account to "registered users" and also found these names defaulting to "guests"... and changed them too.

00E, Bombo, DJ Wings, Fixit, Hugobaaarainz, Matt-Ectl-Xp-, PEST, slugthog got set right. There's a few others, but don't know if they are ever active anymore.

If anyone else is having issues posting, e-mail about it. I'm at ttankslgmATgmailDOTcom (just type what it says the regular way)

Well i figured i better throw this into the bug report just incase i get it again:

"You have been permanently banned from this board.

Please contact the Board Administrator for more information.

A ban has been issued on your IP address."

I know i haven't done anything to be banned,so i figured it to be a bug and it needed reporting.

Phobik was having that same issue last week. I ran into him in his server. He said he got a message like what you reported.

I looked through the banlist and logs to see if he was banned, but didn't find anything. I excluded his IP from banning. It was odd, and didn't make sense. Sounds like a bug to me.

Another bug to report.This one appears every no and again after i a have hit the "Logout" button.

"Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet."

sorry for all the bumps today,
I've been running around with
my bug net ;)

I'm getting down to the issues of
registration/userperms first.
It will take me a while to back-read
for other priority bugs,
as they come, so it goes.

OK, I had a freaky one today.

I went to PTT2 and was greeted with a page that said I was permanently banned because my IP was banned.

I tried again, and got in... but almost went e-mail crazy first.

I check the banlist... My IP isn't on it.

Another member saw something like this a few weeks ago... I just made sure his IP wasn't there either, and he's been able to log in since then.

so I can see if the error is coming out of
phpbb3 or joomla!

I don't know if this is a bug or not but several of the pages open up for me....in Latin. Unfortunately my particular law school didn't focus on Latin. In vino veritas

@ doc- I just found this earlier in the thread... it was the same thing I saw.

also, the dark bkgrnd color in quotes doesn't work well with black text... I made this quote yellow, but a bkgrnd change seems in order.
