Not every top army stopped having wars 3-4 years ago...
But it has been a while. If you guys ever want a match-up, shoot me an e-mail/PM, and I'll see to it that the rest of SA sees it and we can reach a time. It'll be good for both of our armies, if either could manage to field a team and play in a war. (After all, the first decent war in a few years would be epic... or an utter disaster. Either way, it'd be something.)
