if the playoffs are to be pushed back then that would require a vote by all captains i think. if we are looking at adding another week, that may affect attendance for some teams.

it would be great if this play in playoff game could happen on monday or tuesday night so that the playoffs could move ahead on schedule.

Ya I couldn't get on PTT all day. The captains are voting. Still don't think I have heard from everyone yet.

The issues are:
(1) Schedule a 1 game "sudden death throw-down" match between Trout and Sparkle, since they are both tied and Funk forfeited on the last game of the season.*
(2) Play the game this Wednesday and push back both the semi and finals matches by one week, or
(3) Trout and Sparkle arrange an alternate time before this Wednesday.

* The throw-down seems best to do as a one-gamer.

I don't know - just thinking that it is more of a tie-breaker. But whatever both cappies agree on is fine.

Could it happen before regular PSL time ? Then winners would stick around to play the Wonders.
If this is confirmed by all...and if caps can ensure 4 v 4 showing at that time.

^Yeah, I was thinking something similar if people are going to have a problem with the playoffs being pushed back a week. I'd prefer doing best 2/3 for fairness, but I think if we schedule it just prior the regular PSL time (9:30?), we'd have to do the single-game sudden-death. 9:30 would also allow time for a 2nd tiebreaker, if necessary. It'd be kinda exciting to have the final playoff spot decided at the last minute, too. I think the best 2/3 would the fairest way to decide, but may be difficult to schedule prior to this wednesday.
