im all for the play in game if you guys are up for it but i believe the rules state tie breaker goes to the season record. you guys have the Bennys in win points by a 5 to 3 margin where the Bennys outscored the Bottoms 35 to 34.

again...im all for a playin but i think the rules state that you guys are in and we are out.

nowhere in the rules does it address a tied situation concerning who goes to the playoffs!!! It appears a playin will be needed!!!!

Great twist to an awesome season, never seen a tie for 4th place before!

Due to next weeks game being so close to Christmas, I can pretty much guarantee that we won't have a team. Maybe we should just have the bottoms and bennys fight it out next week if they're available, but I don't see much hope for games going on on the 30th either.

Seems like a 1-2 week set back is inevitable. Any other suggestions?

I agree with Jay... I don't know whether I can make it next week due to the proximity to Christmas. I suggest that we bump it up a few weeks.

i have sent an email to my team to determine who will be available for a Play-in for either next monday, tuesday, or wednesday. Smacky, pls post whether any of those days are good for your team for a final match between us. regardless of when the official playoffs begin i think we should figure out the 4th spot asap.

Yeah we had some weirdness with a tie situation, but our situation was unique because we were incapable of earning 5 points to break a tie because the team we were supposed to play couldn't field four tanks. If there is nothing in the rules regarding your situation, do a cappy vote? I'm sure Rx will figger sumpin out.

I fully intended to play yesterday. However, a meeting with prior work associates went over. Add a fair amount of beer to that equation, and one loses track of time (and conciousness).
