no really it was my turn to sit anyway. we got this far as a 6 man team. it might not have mattered as i heard sparta really gelled. im certain id have controlled nuts in the goal and countered dj's tricks but syths lag probably would have done me in

sparta won 3 out of 6 games this season against us. that earns them respect in my book.

This has been a great season - all thanks to RX , Nuts and those dedicated hosts of the servers (no matter how much I whine from my west coast refuge)

The finals will be played on "Nacht und Nebel", which has been on special reserve this whole time. You may want to practice on this map (the .mis file is in the PSL13 map pack).

@dash - could you throw up a practice server when you get a chance? I want to make sure my movie camera set-up is working in time for the BIG GAME.

@Finalists: please be sure to review the post-season scoring rules before game time, as they are a little different than the regular season:

During the playoff matches, the teams cannot tie. Thus a minimum of 2 games are played using the same match scoring system described above. In the event of a tie after the first 2 games (e.g. Tie followed by another Tie, or a Win-Loss followed by Loss-Win) then a 3rd game is played. Additional games are played until a team has more points than the other. For example, if Team A wins Game 1 and Game 2 is a Tie, Team A wins the match (final score of 3 to 1).

Remember how the dog would always chase Foghorn and he'd run out of leash then he'd come to a dead stop and choke himself?

Baba, I'm on the opposite end of that spectrum. I've been on a bunch of teams that finished first during the regular season and then either Bolo, Get Some or Nuts blows it for me when it counts. Stinkin' can't handle the pressure chokers. It sure as hell ain't my fault, I'm infallible. Meh.

Anyone look at the force field Dazzle is able to put around a map to prevent the scrum from bounding off? An invisible version would be excellent for next season and could add an entirely new dimension to the game.

Dash I believe you are correct but maybe that was TBM. I remember a Captains game at the end of PSL.
