i would suggest that each team rate their preference for the other teams map picks and the top pick from each team (as per the opposing teams rating) goes into a hat to be picked randomly.

of course i would have to speak to my captain concerning this but it seems to me that this would be a very fair solution.

my preference for Beli's team picks of map would be Greymatter Gorge

This isn't a bad idea get some.

However, we had decided about random map selection ahead of playoffs to avoid not having a clear way of handling this, and I think its best to stick to it. Keep it very simple. If a map is selected that you guys picked - we will gladly play on it.

The two teams will pick 2 maps each and allow it to be a random selection out of each teams choices.

Neither team will be involved at the selection process. I will not be involved in this either. Cloud will use one other person (perhaps W00t, or Reagent x) and let us know what the map is going to be from our choices. The map order will be set here and then a randomizer will be used to make the selection. The other person will be there to verify the result via a screen share so it can be seen.

Should be fun and I am certainly looking forward to it... you guys are the team to beat!! :-)
