if you can make mods and emitters then you are able to post your picture in here, or we just chiken and are a fraid every one will know the truth, and for your info UAE i am not evil in any way or form i am disabled and you KNOW THAT my so called friend, friends don't say things like that to other and i quote"YOU DON'T DOWN GRADE SOMEONE ELSES PIC" quote unquote. I am a disabled person and i am considered nice looking to most people i meet and not EVIL lookin a cording to you. You need to leran respect my friend and not knock somone elses pic,so untill you post your pic then don't downgrade me.

It refers to a handicapped person, either not being able to use certain appendages, or not being able to think normally
