@ Jerry - I can't restore my PC because there are no Restore Points, I deleted them.... Thanks though.

Also If I uninstall it... I think the registry won't set it to default then... Crap this is so confusing!

Also I tested speeds on the recommended server... it's a star, anyway, here:

If you can not manually change the settings you may need to uninstall the optimizer then reinstall your Ethernet card. This should remove the problem and reset back to default settings.

edit; then you may need to reinstall the wireless card

That could do it too, but as I installed my ethernet card, It didn't show the thing called Zone with which I connect to the internet, I got LAN though, wireless LAN
