You might have to load a few things here and there but it reasonably up to date. The pack for PC also includes the extra code needed for Phobiks master server.
If you have a mac add this into the game/client/prefs.cs file
$pref::Master1 = "2:phobiks.dyndns.org:28001";
Save and then delete the game/client/prefs.cs.dso file
